JELLED SALAD 
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix gelatin, water and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves. Add remaining ingredients; chill until set and ready to serve. Serves 6 to 8.
