CHICKEN - VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 can water chestnuts
5 oz. pkg. corkscrew noodles, cooked & drained
10 oz. pkg. broccoli, cooked & drained
Velveeta slices

Mix mayonnaise, chicken, soups, mushrooms, pimiento, water chestnuts and noodles. Place 1/2 of this mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Add broccoli then a layer of cheese slices. Top with remaining noodle mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add more cheese slices after baking.
