PISTACHIO CREAM PIE (LowCal) 
2 ready made Keebler chocolate pie shells
1 (16 oz.) plain yogurt
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 pkgs. sugar free pistachio pudding mix
1 pkg. lite Cool Whip

Mix pudding mix into yogurt. Add drained pineapple and 2 tablespoons Cool Whip. Spoon into pie shells and top with remaining Cool Whip and chill.
