BANANA PUDDING 
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
3 lbs. bananas, sliced
1 box vanilla wafers
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. sour cream (optional)
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk until smooth. Fold in cream cheese and 1/2 carton Cool Whip. Mix well. Alternate wafers, bananas and pudding until all are used. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
