PINEAPPLE SHRIMP 
2 1/2 c. chunks pineapple
3 tbsp. syrup pickle
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pickle
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lg. cooked shrimp
Cooked rice

Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup, and salt in saucepan. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until clear and thickened. Add the cooked shrimp and heat through. Serve on rice. Serves 4.
