1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Melt butter and combine with cake mix and 1 egg until it is a dough consistency. Press out flat in a greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Then mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese and 3 eggs. Pour on top and bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
