2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
4 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix these three ingredients; press into 2 pie plates.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together well with mixer. Pour filling into crusts. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sliced sweetened strawberries or other fruit topping if desired.
