1 lb. or more hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. tomato catsup
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
Cheese slices to cover
Can of 5 lg. biscuits

Brown hamburger and onions; drain. Add catsup, sauce, pepper and salt (heat). Place in greased casserole. Place cheese slices on top. Separate each biscuit in 2 and place on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
