JANIE'S STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 med. size can tomato sauce
1 med. loose head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup

Cook your rice, strain and let cool. Loosen cabbage leaves and put in boiling water, just to wilt the leaves, and let cool.

Mix ground beef, sausage, onion, pepper, salt, eggs and stuff it with 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture and fold the cabbage and put them in a small roasting pan after all meat mixture and cabbage leaves are used up.
