1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. granulated sugar
3 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin drained and mashed
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Mix oil, sugar, 3 cups flour, spices, baking powder, salt, soda and pumpkin. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla, nuts and raisins that have been mixed in remaining flour.

Bake in greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
