KUMI'S WONTONS | |
FILLING: 1 reg. size Vegeburger 2 eggs, scrambled 3/4 c. grated cheese, any kind 2 tbsp. soy sauce Dash of the following or any others you might like. Celery salt, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet basil, oregano, thyme, or rosemary 1 pkg. Wonton wraps Filling: Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Spread wraps out on a flat surface. Place a tablespoon of filling in the middle of each wrap. To seal, dip finger in water and stroke around the edge of the wrap. Draw up opposite corners to form a triangle. Pinch top sealed. Draw the opposite corners up to the top and seal sides by pinching. Should resemble a fat open envelope. Fry in hot oil until medium brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. Good with sweet and sour sauce for dipping. May mix up filling and use 1/2 for 2 people and freeze rest for later. Wraps freeze well too. |
