LAYERED MINT CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
12 oz. semi - sweet chocolate chips 14 oz. condensed milk 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. white deluxe conf. baking pieces 1 tbsp. peppermint extract 1 drop green food color In sauce pan over low hat, melt chips with 1 cup milk, add vanilla. Line square pan with waxed paper. Spread half mixture into it. Chill 10 minutes. Other half leave at room temperature. In another pan over low heat, melt white pieces with rest of milk. Mixture will be thick. Add peppermint and food coloring. Spread on top of layer cooling, then chill 10 minutes more. Take leftover chocolate mix and spread on top of pan and chill hours. |
