BROILED BUTTERSCOTCH TOPPING | |
2/3 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Melt butter, add brown sugar, and milk; mix. Add vanilla and salt. Sprinkle a cake with coconut and 1 cup chopped nuts, drizzle mixture over. Place under broiler, four inches down, until bubbly and golden. 4-5 minutes. |
