DECEPTION SALAD | |
1 pkg. plain gelatin 1/3 c. cold water 1 beef bouillon cube 1 c. boiling water 12 oz. can chilled corned beef, cubed 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced or chopped 2 tbsp. green pepper, coarsely chopped 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped 1 c. cooked salad dressing Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add bouillon cube to boiling water; stir in gelatin. Cool; add corned beef, eggs, vegetables and salad dressing. Pour into 8 inch ring mold; refrigerate until firm. Unmold onto lettuce; garnish with radish roses. Yields 8 servings. |
