Deluxe Microwave Cocoa Brownies - Recipe

DELUXE MICROWAVE COCOA BROWNIES

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all 4 in a small bowl until light. Add:

1/2 c. melted butter

Mix well.

Mix in:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. baking cocoa

Stir in:

1 c. nuts OR
1/2 c. coconut

Spread batter into 8 inch square greased baking dish. Cook 6 to 7 minutes on HIGH turning 1/4 turn every 2 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I liked this recipe. I made this in my 1100 watt LG microwave, and it was very tasty. Try this. It really isn't a bad recipe. It tastes great with a 2010 Cupcake Vineyards Shiraz. YUM!
