BAKED FISH AND MACARONI 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen fish
1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Allow fish to partially thaw. Cook macaroni; drain. In pan, stir undrained tomatoes, onion and taco seasoning. Add macaroni and green pepper. Bring just to a boil. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Place fish pieces on top of macaroni mixture, and spoon some of the sauce over fish. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Contains 261 calories per serving.
