APPLE CRISP 
6-7 tart cooking apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. safflower oil

1. Place apples in a deep baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon.

2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over apples.

3. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
