BBQ BRISKET 
4-6 lb. brisket, trim off fat
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. BBQ sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Put brisket in container with lid. Sprinkle with liquid smoke, garlic powder, celery and onion salt, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator. Next day, drain off all liquid. Place in baking dish and cook 4 to 6 hours at 250 degrees. Cool, then slice. Place BBQ sauce on top right before serving and heat under slow heat about 1 hour.
