BANANA TEA SLICES 
Graham wafers
1/2 c. icing sugar
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 c. mashed banana
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. soft butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cherry butter icing

Line the bottom of an 8 inch square pan with a layer of graham wafers, fit exactly. Beat butter, icing sugar and egg yolk together until fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients (except icing) and spread mixture evenly over the wafers. Cover with another layer of wafers and press down lightly. Spread with cherry butter icing and chill 24 hours. Decorate top with nuts or cherries. Cut into bars or squares.

ICING:

Cream 2 tbsp. soft butter and gradually add 1 cup sifted icing sugar and enough cherry juice to make spreadable.
