PUMPKIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. bran
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 egg
3/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. raisins
Wheat germ

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir to blend. Spoon in lightly oiled muffin cups. Sprinkle on wheat germ. Bake in 400 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes. Yield: 8 muffins, 148 calories.
