2 1/4 c. boiling apple sauce & add
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
3/4 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
