CHUTNEY CHEESE BALL 
2 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped peanuts
1/3 c. bacon bits or 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 c. chopped green onion
4 tsp. curry powder
2 bottles chutney
1/2 c. coconut
Chopped parsley

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, raisins, peanuts, bacon, green onion and curry powder. Mix well. Shape into 2 large balls. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate or freeze.

When ready to serve, cover with coconut and parsley and pour Chutney over top and sides. Serve with crackers. Use 1 bottle of Chutney per cheese ball.
