2 c. sugar
2 c. Karo syrup (white)
3 c. peanut butter
8 c. Special K cereal

Mix and heat 1st 2 ingredients to rolling boil. Working quickly stir in other ingredients. Form into balls or press into buttered pan. Do not refrigerate!
