HOT POTATO SALAD 
3 c. instant potato flakes
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 c. finely chopped pimiento peppers
2 boiled eggs, finely chopped
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 c. sweet relish mix
Pepper to taste

Prepare instant potatoes as directed on package. Add onions, pepper, eggs, and sweet relish. Mix thoroughly. Add mustard and Miracle Whip. Add pepper to taste. Serve while hot. Any left may be refrigerated and served cold. Yield: 6 servings.
