AUNT JENNY'S PEPPERS JUBILEE 
1 jar lg. cherry peppers
1 jar grape jelly
Bread for stuffing
1 tbsp. oil
1 sm. jar black olives, chopped
1 tin anchovies
1 egg, slightly beaten
Pinch of oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Remove seeds from peppers (sweet or hot), leaving peppers whole. Mix moistened bread with anchovies, egg, oil, olives and oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Stuff peppers with mixture. Place in baking dish. Generously cover peppers with jelly and bake in 350 degree oven, basting peppers several times with grape syrup, for 45 minutes.
