CREAMY OYSTER OR CLAM BROCCOLI
STEW
 
3 c. milk
2 (11 oz.) cans condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 sm. onion
1 pt. oysters, or 2 cans of clams

Combine milk and soup. Stir in broccoli, potatoes and onions. Simmer until tender. If using fresh oysters, cook separately and then add to stew. Add clams or oysters directly to soup if canned. Serves 4-6.
