MEATBALL-MUSHROOM-BROCCOLI STEW | |
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. beef broth (2 bouillon cubes) 1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. cold water 1 tsp. salt 1 c. broken spaghetti 3 c. broccoli florets Parmesan cheese MICROWAVE: Cook mushrooms in butter 5 minutes. Add broth. Cook meatballs (beef, water and salt), add to broth and cook 5 minutes. Stir in spaghetti, cover and cook until done. Stir in broccoli, cover and cook until done. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
