MEATBALL-MUSHROOM-BROCCOLI STEW 
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. beef broth (2 bouillon cubes)
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. broken spaghetti
3 c. broccoli florets
Parmesan cheese

MICROWAVE: Cook mushrooms in butter 5 minutes. Add broth. Cook meatballs (beef, water and salt), add to broth and cook 5 minutes. Stir in spaghetti, cover and cook until done. Stir in broccoli, cover and cook until done. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
