2 c. white sauce
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk and/or chicken stock
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 tsp. sherry
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Make white sauce. Mix with other ingredients and boil, stirring for 15 minutes. Pour over well drained broccoli and chicken breast slices (or ham slices). Top generously with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
