CHILI SAUCE 
40 tomatoes
4 green peppers
16 small onions
1 bunch celery
2 lb. brown sugar
4 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. celery
2 tbsp. mustard seed
4 c. vinegar

Chop tomatoes, pepper, onions and celery; put in large pot with other ingredients. Boil at least 1 1/2 hours. Put in jars and seal.
