GRAND PRIZE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE
CHIP COOKIES
 
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. egg
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

In small bowl combine flour and soda. In large bowl cream together until fluffy the butter, sugars and vanilla. Whisk in egg. Stir in cocoa and milk. Fold in flour mixture, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto nonstick cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool a few minutes before removing from sheets.
