QUICK TASTRY STUFFING 
1 loaf day old bread
2 onions, quartered
1/4 c. parsley sprigs
1 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 or 2 tsp. mixed dry herbs
1/2 c. water

Break 2 slices of bread at a time into blender container and blend at speed 3. Empty crumbs into mixing bowl, repeat until all bread is prepared. Place remaining ingredients into blender container, cover blend on speed 2 a few seconds.

Mix with crumbs.

Will yield stuffing for 8 pound bird, or bake separately as an accompaniment.
