CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all together, put into buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Top with 6 ounce grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
