KONA INN BANANA BREAD 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 or 7 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream together butter and sugar until light. Add bananas and eggs and mix well. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Blend dry ingredients into creamed mixture being sure not to over mix. Pour batter equally into 2"x4"x8" loaf pans which have been lightly oiled and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 2 (1 1/2 lb.) loaves.
