CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 chicken breasts or 2 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
10 oz. frozen broccoli or fresh
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

Boil chicken breast in water seasoned with 1 small whole onion, 1 whole carrot, 1 celery stalk, salt and pepper. Lay broccoli in bottom of baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Lay chicken on top of broccoli, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Mix undiluted soup, mayo, sour cream and cheese. Spread this mix over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika for color and bake until bubbly and slightly browned. Can be put together a day ahead and cooked the next.
