BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables or use 1 pkg. frozen vegetables
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. orzo
5-6 cans water added to meat after fat has been drained

Brown hamburger in large pan; drain off fat. Add to the meat mixture the following: Stewed tomatoes, add 5 to 6 cans of water, mixed vegetables, onion soup mix, orzo, pasta. Bring all to a boiling point. Reduce heat and simmer 30-40 minutes. I add my own herbs and seasonings which is optional.
