BREAKFAST QUICHE 
16 slices bread with crust
1/2 lb. cheese, grated
2 c. cubed ham
8 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. butter

Beat 8 eggs with 1 cup milk, salt and pepper. Melt 1/4 cup butter. In a greased 9"x13" pan, put a layer of bread, then cheese, then layer ham, bread, cheese, ham, bread, cheese, etc. Pour the egg/milk mixture, salt, pepper and melted butter over the layers. You can refrigerate overnight at this point. When ready, place in oven and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes until set. Serve with fresh fruit. Serves 6 to 8.
