BREAKFAST QUICHE 
9 inch pie shell, unbaked
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line unbaked pie shell with 1/2 cheese. Top cheese with cooked sausage. Cover with remaining cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; beat well. Pour over ingredients already in pie shell. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve hot.

I would recommend baking the pie crust. All the other recipes for similar quiches say to bake it for about 8 mins. When I made this without baking it first, the crust was mushy at the bottom. Otherwise it turned out ok.
