NO CHOLESTEROL BROWNIES 
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. egg substitute or egg white
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa and sugar. Blend in egg whites. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts. Mix well. Spread in greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
