HUNGRY JACK DOUGHNUTS 
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
Powdered or granulated sugar

Place about 2-3 inches of cooking oil in a deep frying pan or enough oil to cover the dough. An electric skillet or Fry Daddy works well. While the oil is heating up, open the can of biscuits and with a knife cut a hole in the center of each separate biscuit.

Place each biscuit in the hot oil and watch closely. Remove as soon as the biscuit is golden brown on all sides (about 2 minutes). Place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. The biscuit centers may also be browned for bite-sized morsels.
