BRUNCH FOR A BUNCH 
1 lb. sausage
3 c. hash brown potatoes (if frozen, must be thawed)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. chopped green pepper
12 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk

Cook sausage, crumble and drain. Put potatoes in 13"x9" dish and sprinkle with salt (may be omitted if on a low sodium diet). Layer sausage, cheese and peppers. Combine eggs and milk; pour over sausage, cheese and peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
