3 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk or cream
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cooked ham, bacon, mushroom or whatever you wish, chopped fine

Put first five ingredients in blender to mix well. Pour into well greased 9" pie pan. Sprinkle cheese and meat over top. Press below surface with back of spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
