YANKEE CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 lg. potato, cooked, peeled and diced
1/2 c. diced celery
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
Pinch pepper
Pinch salt

Place chicken in medium bowl. Sprinkle with vinegar. Let stand 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
