POMMES FRITES A LINDA--POTATO
CHIPS WITH A TWIST
 
Potatoes
Olive oil
Garlic cloves
Salt and pepper

Slice potatoes in strips, keep in cold water until ready. Heat 2 inches of olive oil in large skillet until hot. Crush garlic cloves in oil or use whole and then remove.

Cook potatoes in a single layer until brown. Drain in towel-lined serving tray. Salt and pepper to taste and serve with mayonnaise.
