TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
6 baking potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper
8-10 slices bacon, cooked and crushed

Bake potatoes until almost done. Wrap them in foil, leaving opening in top of foil. Slice potato down middle, scoop out outside and put in bowl. Add sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, butter and crushed bacon. Mix well with electric mixer. Stuff mixture back into potato and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until top is brown.
