APRICOT-PECAN (OR WALNUT)
DESSERT
 
1 lg. can apricots, drained
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

Drain apricot juice into saucepan. Add milk and flour. Cook until thick and cool. Cut apricots in small pieces and arrange in 6 or 8 dessert bowls. Pour cooled mixture over apricots and sprinkle with nuts. You can use any canned fruit and prepare as above.
