1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. crisp rice cereal
Commercial chocolate frosting

Combine sugar and butter in large mixing bowl, beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in peanut butter and cereal. Mixing with hands, shape dough into 1 1/2" x 1/2" logs. Chill, then spread top of cookies with frosting. Makes 7 1/2 dozen.
