1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. crisp rice cereal
Commercial chocolate frosting

Combine powdered sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in peanut butter and cereal, mixing with hands, if needed. Shape dough into 1 1/2 x 1/2 inch logs. Chill. Spread tops of cookies with chocolate frosting. Yield: 7 1/2 dozen.
