HOT ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. instant potatoes mixed with lukewarm water
7 or 7 1/2 c. flour

Mix together lukewarm water, sugar, and salt. Add yeast. Mix well. Add eggs and shortening, mix well. Add potatoes mixed with lukewarm water; mix well. Add flour, knead until smooth. Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Divide into balls. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
