MRS. G.'S PIEROGIS 
1/4 lb. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour or more

Put 4 cups of flour in large bowl and make a well in center. In the well put butter, milk, eggs, sour cream, salt and mix. Dough should not stick to sides, if it does add a little more flour. Roll dough until about 1/4 inch thick and cut rounds with a large biscuit cutter and place 1 tablespoon of filing (recipes follow) in center. Fold over and seal with fork. Boil in salted water until they rise plus 5 minutes.

CHEESE:

Mix together 1 1/2 pound farmer cheese, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste, and 3 eggs.

POTATO:

Boil 3-4 medium potatoes and mash. Add sauteed onion, salt, and pepper to taste. Add a little milk and butter.

CABBAGE:

Cook cabbage the saute with onion in butter, salt, and pepper to taste.

COTTAGE CHEESE:

1 pound cottage cheese, 1 egg, sauteed onion, a little flour, salt, and pepper.
