"BUSY DAY" LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. Jello lemon instant pudding
2 c. whole milk
1 graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese in mixer until soft. Gradually add milk, then pudding mix. Beat until it begins to thicken. Then pour into crust. Garnish top with graham crumbs.
